By using Quality Talk (qualitytalk.com) and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before checkout.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
An order is confirmed once you receive a successful order confirmation. We may cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if fraud is suspected.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bKash. For bKash, you must provide a valid sender number and transaction ID at checkout. Orders with invalid payment details may be held until verified.
Delivery
Delivery is handled through trusted courier partners including Steadfast. Estimated delivery within Dhaka is 24–48 hours; outside Dhaka may take longer depending on location.
Shipping charges and free-shipping thresholds are described on our Shipping Info page and applied at checkout.
Returns
Our return policy is described on the Returns & Exchanges page. Eligible items may be returned within the stated window if unused and in original packaging.
Limitation of liability
Quality Talk is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or events outside our reasonable control.
