7-day easy return
We offer a 7-day return window on eligible products from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Eligible items
Most standard products qualify for return unless marked as non-returnable on the product page (for example hygiene-sensitive or sealed electronics items once opened).
Damaged or wrong items received should be reported within 48 hours with photos so we can arrange replacement or refund.
How to request a return
Log in to your account and open Order History or Returns from your customer dashboard. Select the order and follow the return request steps.
Our team will review your request and contact you with pickup or drop-off instructions.
Refunds
Approved refunds for COD orders are processed via bKash or bank transfer within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
bKash-paid orders are refunded to the original sender number when possible.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or variant, contact support. Exchanges depend on stock availability and follow the same condition rules as returns.
